We want you to love your sustainable tech accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all Pela products. If your case doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, we are committed to helping you find a waste-free solution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Preference

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different color/model or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Package

  Download your prepaid shipping label and place your Pela products in their original compostable packaging or a small envelope.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
